'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>GMP+ <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is a certification scheme related to the <\/span><b>production<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>transport and marketing of feed <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">based on the control of all the elements that define the quality of zootechnical feed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continuous monitoring is conducted on production processes, equipment, work environments and laboratories in which to perform self-control analyses, through respect for points defined by the Company, continuous inspections and corrective actions established.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main features of the GMP + regulations are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">requirements relating to the company&#8217;s<\/span><b> internal quality system<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (based on ISO 9001)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">application of the <\/span><b>HACCP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> methodology to guarantee safety<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">generic measures and <\/span><b>requirements<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for the production process, including <\/span><b>traceability and products recall<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">compliance with <\/span><b>mandatory and voluntary regulations<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>GMP+<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> certification gives evidences and <\/span><b>guarantees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that animal feeds and feed ingredients meet legal requirements and agreements made with other players in the supply chain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It therefore testifies to the company&#8217;s commitment to <\/span><b>feed safety<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, as the feed industry, including suppliers of ingredients, is an integral part of the feed chain and is responsible for product safety.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>GMP+<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> certification has multiple <\/span><b>advantages<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>communicating trust to customers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, demonstrating with a third party certification that feed or feed ingredients are produced with safe processes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">demonstrating <\/span><b>that all reasonable precautions have been taken<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>reducing the number of audits conducted by customers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and, consequently, reduce management times;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>reduce waste and product recalls<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close content main div --><\/div><\/div><div id='av_section_3'  class='avia-section main_color avia-section-default avia-no-border-styling avia-bg-style-scroll  avia-builder-el-7  el_after_av_section  el_before_av_section   container_wrap sidebar_right' style=' '  ><div class='container' ><div class='template-page content  av-content-small alpha units'><div class='post-entry post-entry-type-page post-entry-1902'><div class='entry-content-wrapper clearfix'>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_fifth  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-8  el_before_av_four_fifth  avia-builder-el-first  \" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><b>GMO FREE<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The GMO FREE voluntary certification standard allows <\/span><b>the certification of the production of products intended for livestock feed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This certification concerns the control carried out by operators in order to guarantee compliance with the limit of 0.9%, to be understood as a technically unavoidable and\/or accidental maximum limit in the preparation processes of zootechnical feed.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the case of <\/span><b>animal derivatives<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (milk, meat, cured meats, cheeses, eggs etc.), the certification is aimed at ensuring that the products derive from animals fed with zootechnical feed compliant with the previous point.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The certification <\/span><b>is issued in an Accredia<\/b> <b>accredited environment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the basis of the common rules defined by <\/span><b>RT-11 Accredia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The previous revision of the standard concerned only some raw materials at risk of GMOs (soybeans and corn), while with the new version of RT-11 <\/span><b>the guarantee is extended to all GMO plant species admitted at EU level <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(currently soy, corn, rapeseed , cotton and beet).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This certification is required by large scale retain channels and\/or large Italian and international animal supply chains.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The NO-GMO certification is also recognized in the case of voluntary labelling regulations for beef and poultry with particular reference to zootechnical foods.<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KEY POINTS<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The standard requires:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">careful mapping of raw materials at GMO risk and the processing procedures involved,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the adoption of supplier qualification systems and analytical control of raw materials,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the adoption of actions to ensure the use of NO-GMO raw materials,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the adoption of actions aimed at reducing the risk of cross contamination,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">analytical checks on final products,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">communication to the consumer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the presence of certified products, in an accredited environment, for the NO-GMO requirement it is possible to recognize the certification through the institution of &#8220;mutual recognition of accredited certifications&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close content main div --><\/div><\/div><div id='av_section_4'  class='avia-section main_color avia-section-default avia-no-border-styling avia-bg-style-scroll  avia-builder-el-12  el_after_av_section  avia-builder-el-last   container_wrap sidebar_right' style=' '  ><div class='container' ><div class='template-page content  av-content-small alpha units'><div class='post-entry post-entry-type-page post-entry-1902'><div class='entry-content-wrapper clearfix'>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_fifth  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-13  el_before_av_four_fifth  avia-builder-el-first  \" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><b>ORGANIC<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Who want to obtain organic certification or the suitability to produce feed that can be used in organic farming as in the case of Bio Vit, must comply with the EC Reg. 834\/2007, which defines the system of production, transformation, labelling, control and certification in the European Union.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organic farming is an agricultural production method that enhances the natural fertility of the ground ecosystem, the healthiness of the products and strengthens sustainability without using synthetic products (as pesticides and chemical fertilizers).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The standard provides for the initial visit by an inspector who proceeds with the verification of the compliance of the company and the documentation prepared with the EU regulation and submits a report to the certification body.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the documents and results of the start-up phase have been evaluated, the certification entity decides for the admission of the operator to the organic control system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Based on an annual Preventive Control Plan, the certification body monitors and evaluates the maintenance of compliance with the reference standard.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close content main div --><\/div><\/div><div id='after_section_4'  class='main_color av_default_container_wrap container_wrap sidebar_right' style=' '  ><div class='container' ><div class='template-page content  av-content-small alpha units'><div class='post-entry post-entry-type-page post-entry-1902'><div class='entry-content-wrapper clearfix'><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.biovit.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/1902"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.biovit.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.biovit.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.biovit.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.biovit.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1902"}],"version-history":[{"count":5,"href":"https:\/\/www.biovit.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/1902\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1906,"href":"https:\/\/www.biovit.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/1902\/revisions\/1906"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.biovit.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1902"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
